At Secretnote LLP, we strive to provide transparent and high-quality distribution services. Please review our refund policy regarding our subscription tiers, distribution fees, and additional services.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Secretnote LLP subscription at any time via your user dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your account features until the end of that cycle.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following charges are strictly non-refundable:

• One-time release fees (if applicable) once a release has been approved and delivered to DSPs.
• UPC and ISRC generation fees.
• Subscription fees for the current active billing period.

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Secretnote LLP in the following scenarios:

• Duplicate charges resulting from a technical error on our platform.
• A distribution service that fundamentally fails to deliver the promised release to DSPs within the stated timeline, provided the failure is not due to copyright infringement or user error.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of the disputed charge. Please include your account email, the transaction ID, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
