3. Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading content that infringes upon the intellectual property of others (e.g., unauthorized samples or covers without mechanical licenses).
• Engaging in artificial streaming, botting, or any form of streaming fraud.
• Using our platform to distribute hate speech, explicit content that violates DSP guidelines, or illegal material.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination, withholding of royalties, and potential legal action.

4. Service Modifications

Secretnote LLP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
